Training

S.M.S CARE Limited is committed to ensuring all staff receive the necessary training pertinent to their role and offers an above average number of training days each year. Training for staff includes Care Certificate, NCFE Level 2 in Safe handling of Medication, Level 2 & 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, Level 5 in Leadership & Management, particularly for managers and all staff work towards achieving a recognised qualification. In addition, all staff undertake various certified trainings.
